  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow its journey.

2. 5-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you bought. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

  • Return Window: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all tags intact.

    • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days (depending on your bank's processing times).
